Since our work involves customized construction and on-site services, refunds are generally not applicable once the project has commenced and materials have been procured or applied.
All advance payments made before the start of a project are non-refundable, as they are allocated towards planning, labor scheduling, and material procurement.
In case of project cancellation by the client before the commencement of work, refunds may be considered after deducting administrative and material handling charges.
If any service delivered does not meet agreed specifications, Abody Shotcrete will make all reasonable efforts to rectify the issue at no additional cost, rather than offering a monetary refund.
Refunds may be issued only in rare circumstances, such as:
Double payments made by mistake.
Work not initiated due to unforeseen reasons on Abody Shotcrete’s part.
